Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Aarti Impex Inc. This role will involve coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing contracts, compiling data, and overseeing the preparation of reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Contract Management: Establish and implement policies and procedures for contract management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
  • Data Compilation: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Report Preparation: Oversee the preparation of reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
