Company Overview: GNB Contracting is a leading construction company in Toronto/GTA, committed to delivering exceptional results.

Salary: $45 per hour (30 hours/week), totaling $13,500/month.

Job Description:
Business Leadership: As an Executive Business Development Manager, you will oversee the policy, procedures, and practices of GNB's operations, driving growth and success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the construction process strategy and management for GNB, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.

Customer Engagement: Meet with clients to expand business relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Regularly review quality of service with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and improvement.

Representation: Represent GNB at conferences, meetings, and negotiations with public and private sector clients and partners, promoting the company's reputation and interests.

Performance Review: Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews, analyzing revenue and profitability to inform strategic decisions. Conduct regular team performance meetings, driving growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field required.

Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in construction is necessary, demonstrating expertise and leadership capabilities.
