Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Beletskaya Profit Plus Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Communication: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, and coordinate the flow of information within the team.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate records.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Reporting: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and prepare reports as required.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide support for employees with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
