Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Noveen Engineering Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Supervise and train other administrative staff.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations.
- Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Perform data entry and provide customer service.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
- Permanent position.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English language.
