Business Development Manager

We are seeking a key member for our team at Ontario Inc. in the role of Business Development Manager. This includes supervising staff, training, performing administrative tasks, responding to inquiries, conducting research, and managing digital databases.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supervising and training staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles

- Responding to inquiries from members of the business community, including potential clients and partners
- Conducting comparative research on marketing strategies and developing effective plans to drive business growth
- Managing digital databases to track customer interactions and sales data
