Job Summary

This term position involves providing leadership in clinical practice, consultation, education, research, and program evaluation. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will address key clinical issues and program priorities, contributing to the advancement of nursing services in our region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in or direct clinical practice, consultation, education, research, and support of systems.
  • Address key clinical issues and program priorities through evidence-based practice and program evaluation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's of Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing with graduate coursework in research methods.
  • Minimum five years of recent clinical experience in a variety of nursing roles relevant to the position.
  • Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with computers, software programs, and applications such as Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Competency in managing technology in healthcare systems.
