About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Testing four company. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and teams to achieve their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Business Partner
    • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to business leaders and teams to drive business success.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities.
  • Talent Development
    • Design and deliver training programs to develop the skills and competencies of our employees.
    • Develop and implement succession planning and talent management strategies to ensure the future readiness of our organization.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address talent development needs.
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
    • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • HR Operations
    • Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR-related operational issues.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Skills
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
