Key Responsibilities

As the Talent Management Director, the successful candidate will oversee the entire talent management lifecycle, with a focus on strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, and employee retention. This role will provide strategic leadership and collaborate with divisional leadership teams to cultivate rewarding careers and maintain a progressive workplace environment.

Daily Responsibilities

Lead the talent acquisition and learning and development teams to foster high performance, collaboration, innovation, and a positive team culture. Design and implement talent management strategies, initiatives, and programs that enhance the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing employees. Establish and maintain a comprehensive talent management framework, including onboarding, performance management, employee development, succession planning, and career pathways. Supervise the design and execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. Drive the development and implementation of employee training and development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance. Oversee the talent acquisition process, including identifying hiring needs, crafting job descriptions, and developing an employer branding strategy to attract top talent. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent management, providing recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance organizational performance. Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent management strategies with business objectives and facilitate organizational change and transformation. Leverage technology alongside data and analytics to improve efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition & development processes while providing insights on performance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification in Human Resources and/or training in leadership and management. 10+ years of experience in Talent Management or a related field. Proven experience in developing and implementing talent management strategies, with a track record of working with senior leaders and executives to drive these initiatives and manage organizational change. Strong team management skills, demonstrating effective leadership to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving results. Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Proficient in HRIS systems and talent management software.
