Key Responsibilities

The Director of Talent Development will oversee the entire talent management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include: Leading the talent acquisition and development teams to promote a collaborative and high-performance culture. Designing and executing talent management strategies that enhance recruitment, development, and retention of top talent. Establishing a robust talent management framework encompassing onboarding, performance evaluation, employee growth, succession planning, and career development pathways. Managing performance management systems, including goal setting and feedback processes. Spearheading employee training and development initiatives to elevate skills and performance. Directing the talent acquisition strategy, including defining hiring needs and crafting job descriptions to attract exceptional candidates. Staying informed on industry trends and best practices in talent management to drive continuous improvement. Collaborating with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives and facilitate organizational change. Leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition and development processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional certification in Human Resources and/or advanced training in leadership and management. Over 10 years of experience in Talent Management or a related area. Proven success in developing and implementing talent management strategies, with experience collaborating with senior leaders. Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and guiding teams to achieve objectives. Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations. Proficient in HRIS systems and talent management software.
