We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our recruitment efforts, focusing on our most valuable resource - our PEOPLE. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your exceptional sourcing skills to identify and attract top-tier talent while managing a variety of HR functions to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and outstanding organizational abilities. With a desire for continuous learning, you should possess a minimum of two years' experience in an HR Generalist capacity, along with the creativity to develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. As the primary liaison for new hires, you will utilize your exceptional interpersonal skills to create a lasting impression as the representative of our organization.YOUR IMPACT:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and establish candidate selection criteria.
  • Utilize online platforms and professional networks to source and engage potential candidates.
  • Develop detailed job descriptions and customized interview questions that accurately reflect role requirements.
  • Lead recruitment initiatives by organizing and participating in job fairs and industry events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all recruitment materials, including interview notes and relevant documentation, to provide insights to key stakeholders.
  • Assist with payroll and timecard processes.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and address inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Offer guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and compliance issues.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of HR initiatives, such as training and development programs, to boost employee engagement and retention.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Two to three years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar position.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, employing various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with social media, applicant tracking systems, and professional networks.
  • Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Ability to document processes and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with diverse stakeholders and candidates.
