The Director of Talent Management will oversee the entire talent management lifecycle, focusing on:
- Leading the talent acquisition and development teams to promote a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Designing and executing talent management strategies that enhance recruitment, employee development, and retention.
- Establishing a robust talent management framework that includes onboarding, performance evaluations, and career development pathways.
- Managing performance management systems, ensuring effective goal setting and feedback processes.
- Driving employee training initiatives to elevate skills and overall performance.
- Overseeing the talent acquisition process, including job description development and employer branding strategies.
- Staying informed on industry trends to continuously improve talent management practices.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Human Resources and/or specialized training in leadership and management.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Management or a closely related field.
- A proven history of developing and implementing effective talent management strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and talent management software.
