Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and support to Account Executives and Support AE's to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Plan and review compensation plans, enforce policies and procedures, and advise on compensation increases.
  • Enhance relationships with key associations and attend association/client functions.
  • Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reporting.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive business decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
