Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and support to Account Executives and Support AE's to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Plan and review compensation plans, enforce policies and procedures, and advise on compensation increases.
- Enhance relationships with key associations and attend association/client functions.
- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reporting.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive business decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
