We are seeking an exceptional Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Immigrate in Martinsville, SK.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000 CAD, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This is a dynamic opportunity to work with a fast-paced team in a growing industry. As an Office Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Preparing and processing correspondence, invoices, and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Coordinating the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
  3. Scheduling appointments and meetings for our team members.
  4. Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  5. Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  6. Maintaining and updating our manual and computerized filing systems.
  7. Supporting the development and implementation of office procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  2. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  4. Experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
