Office Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Immigrate in Martinsville, SK.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000 CAD, depending on experience.
Job Description:This is a dynamic opportunity to work with a fast-paced team in a growing industry. As an Office Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and processing correspondence, invoices, and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinating the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for our team members.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Maintaining and updating our manual and computerized filing systems.
- Supporting the development and implementation of office procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
- Experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
