SaskIT Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Train staff
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Advise senior management
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Private sector experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
