Job Title: HR Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team at Citation Canada. As an HR Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, developing tailored HR solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute HR-focused projects for clients across various Canadian jurisdictions and industries.
- Create and conduct onsite training for clients as needed.
- Provide onsite support to clients based on project requirements.
- Manage full-cycle project management, from initial welcome calls to project delivery within established timelines.
- Collaborate with project leads to discuss project specifications and expectations.
- Ensure client satisfaction by completing projects prior to due dates and in line with established guidelines.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients, establish relationships, and manage expectations.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Organized with the ability to effectively manage time under competing demands.
- Proven experience researching and developing HR programs, policies, and procedures.
