About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Resource Manager to join our team at ONTARIO INC.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing organizational policies and programs, managing resources, and leading teams. Key responsibilities include allocating resources, coordinating work, establishing objectives, and representing the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

  • 1-2 people

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
