You will demonstrate a superior commitment to meeting customer needs by delivering prompt and accurate responses in a clear, consistent, and professional manner, within established productivity goals and turn-around times.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email support
- Educate customers on HR policies and self-service tools
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Manulife's HR policies, programs, and procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
- Use call tracking system to monitor and analyze performance
- Work rotating shifts between 8am and 5pm Monday-Friday with occasional overtime
- Experience in a call center environment is an asset
- Bilingualism in English and French is preferred
- Understanding of Human Resource policies and procedures is an asset
- High level of technical skills, including computer proficiency and call center technology
- Good judgment in interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures
- Superior customer service experience and skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A competitive salary range of $43,800 - $73,000 CAD per year
