Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Coordination: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and coordinate with staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail are essential.
