Job Title: Restaurant Director
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Director to lead our team at Panago #78. The successful candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures that meet the needs of our customers.
- E nsure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for our staff and customers.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the highest quality products for our menu items.
- Play a key role in marketing plans and implementation, driving sales growth and increasing brand awareness.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a fast-paced work environment, working under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day, with regular standing for extended periods.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a large workload and meeting tight deadlines. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic atmosphere and is able to multitask with ease.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum requirement.
- At least 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, with experience in implementing operational procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Reliable and organized, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Able to stand for extended periods, with a physical ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
