At Centro Contracting Group, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to lead our administrative services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and preparing annual budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets
  • Conduct research
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established protocols
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Manage knowledge
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English. This is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week.
