Job Description
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow.
  • Hire, train, or arrange for training of staff members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, maintaining a high level of financial acumen.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administration and leadership.
  • Permanent position, requiring 30 hours of work per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
