Administrative Director

We are seeking an Administrative Director to join our team at Grace Place. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures and evaluating their effectiveness.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position with 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and excellent organizational skills. If you are a detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures and evaluate their effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment and co-ordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and oversee payroll administration
- Organize conferences and meetings
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
