Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning

  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance and administration
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and a large workload. The position is permanent, with 30 hours per week.
