Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade Development Coordinator to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. This role will provide administrative support to the Trade Development team, assisting with the coordination, communication, and execution of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Activity Coordination
    • Assist in the development of marketing programs and presentations
    • Maintain program and activity trackers, calendars, and brand information for the Trade Development team
    • Coordinate trade shows, local events, and regional visits
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate meetings and conference calls
    • Send follow-up communications and meeting minutes
    • Communicate market updates to internal stakeholders
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage purchasing, shipping, and receiving
    • Maintain an understanding of supplier brand strategies and pricing
    • Perform clerical and administrative functions, including ordering supplies and maintaining files
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Manage office operations, including reception and conference rooms
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 or more years of diverse marketing and administrative experience in the adult beverage industry
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and verbal/written communication skills
Physical Demands
  • Sitting and typing/keyboarding for a considerable amount of time
  • Occasional walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
