Trade Support Specialist - Structured Product

At Société Générale Assurances, we are seeking a Trade Support Specialist to join our team in Montreal. As a Trade Support Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the modeling of complex Exotic transactions and negotiated events in our information system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modeling of complex Exotic transactions and negotiated events in the information system
  • Control the quality and completeness of the information entered
  • Analysis and regulation of the breaks raised by Middle-Office Control and other parties involved in the Front to Back chain
  • Coordination between the Front-Office and the other support functions on the processing of requests for information and problem solving

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a major in finance or financial markets
  • First experience in financial markets is needed, in order to master the financial products and the processes
  • Deep knowledge and practical skills in Excel, VBA and financial mathematics
  • Good inter-personal and partnering skills, a "team-player"
  • Demonstrate initiatives, solutions oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, deadline-focused environment

Language: English

Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
