Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation of client proposals and will support the team with securing new and continued business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret RFP and RFQ documents to determine requirements for successful proposal submission.
  • Liaise with client contacts to ensure proposal deliverables meet their needs.
  • Conduct research, collect information, and attend meetings to gather data for proposal content.
  • Write, proofread, edit, and format proposal content, including adapting existing content and boilerplates.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop technical content that showcases company experience.
  • Review proposal drafts for consistency, clarity, and appropriateness of content.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop graphics and visuals for proposal submissions.
  • Assist with other proposal-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering, construction, or architectural firm or similar role.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including editing and proofreading skills.
  • Solid multi-tasking skills, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
