Asphalt Paver Job Description

Golderado Contracting Corp is seeking a skilled Asphalt Paver to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for handling and distributing construction materials to and from work areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate equipment and machinery in asphalt paving, with a focus on efficiency and safety.
  • Assist in the distribution of construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and minimal waste.
  • Work collaboratively with the construction team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in industrial or civil construction, or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license (class 5) and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Google Drive.
