Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Paver Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as asphalt pavers, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment, such as asphalt pavers, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards, meeting all quality and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in industrial or civil construction or equivalent.
- Ability to handle and distribute construction materials to and from work areas.
- Valid driver's license (class 5) required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work overtime, when necessary.
- Basic understanding of computer programs, such as Microsoft Excel and Google Drive.
- Reliable means of transportation required.
- Proficient English language skills required.
