Strategic B2C Vice President for Luxury Brand Growth

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Strategic B2C Vice President for our Canadian operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial experience in marketing and sales, with a strategic mindset, preferably in a high-end luxury brand or FMCG. Strong knowledge of the Canadian market, consumers, and Retail industry is required.
This exciting opportunity comes with an estimated salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience. Located in Montréal, Quebec, this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.
About the Role:
- Drive Business Results and Brand Image
- Develop and implement the omnichannel B2C strategy based on data & insights
- Ensure effective liaison with all direct and indirect Nespresso channels to support seamless execution and deliver a consistent omnichannel consumer experience
- Establish partnerships with key Trade partners to drive strategic presence and channel growth
- Define and implement the eCommerce strategy to accelerate online acquisition of B2C customers
- Monitor performance of B2C channels and make decisions on further improvement
- As part of the local Management Team, drive the overall organization's business results by making tactical and strategic decisions and building the organization sustainably
- Translate the global strategy to local market needs and define initiatives to achieve business results
- Manage the P&L/budget within the department and align with HQ stakeholders on strategy, priorities, and best practices
- Attract and retain talent, develop the personal effectiveness of employees through regular coaching and implementation of learning activities
- Build a strong team where members collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose

Requirements:
- 10+ years of business operations experience
- Bilingualism in English and French language skills
- Strong organizational and leadership experience
