Administrative Assistant Position

**Job Summary**

ADGA is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support our Defence program. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative assistance, including travel coordination, financial management, and data entry.

**Responsibilities**

* Coordinate travel arrangements for civilian and military members
* Assist with quarterly and yearly financial returns
* Create and execute Priority Information Requirements (PIRs) for procurement
* Track training requirements
* Advise on administration-related issues

**Requirements**

* Secondary School Diploma (minimum)
* Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* Experience in administrative assistance, including travel coordination and financial management
