Collision Damage Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collision Damage Estimator to join our team at Assured Automotive. As a key member of our repair facility, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely estimates for vehicle repairs, ensuring compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
- Communicate effectively with customers, informing them of repair needs and progress, and ensuring they receive excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless repair planning, customer communication, and delivery.
- Participate in daily production walks to review repair progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support team members as needed to ensure the successful completion of repairs.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Maintain Assured's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity, and Respect.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in collision repair or a related field.
- Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling tools and management information systems.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- ICAR training and certification.
- Experience with Mitchell and Audatex software.
- Knowledge of rental management systems.
