Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team in Eastern Ontario and Quebec. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and performance across our network of collision repair centers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and growth across our network of collision repair centers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our licensees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.
- Collaborate with other departments within CSN to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Lead regional meetings and training sessions to ensure our licensees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure our business is meeting its targets.
- Bilingual (French/English) with a minimum of 5 years of management experience in the collision repair industry.
- Post-secondary or trade school education with a focus in business or a field related to collision repair.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with OEM procedural lookup and estimating systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
