Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our collision repair centers in the Eastern Ontario and Quebec region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and support our collision repair centers in the Eastern Ontario and Quebec region
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business operations and growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business plans
- Provide training and support to our team members
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the collision repair industry
- Must be bilingual (French/English)
- Post-secondary or trade school education with a focus in business or a field related to collision repair
- Minimum 3 years' experience with OEM procedural lookup and estimating
- Valid driver's license
