Automotive Collision Field Operations Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of field operations staff and providing support to our licensees in the Eastern Ontario and Quebec region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the collision repair industry, with a minimum of 5 years of management experience. They will be bilingual in English and French, and have a valid driver's license. The successful candidate will be required to travel regularly to meet with stores, attend industry events, and participate in training meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of field operations staff to ensure effective delivery of services to our licensees
- Provide support and guidance to our licensees in the Eastern Ontario and Quebec region
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business operations and performance
- Collaborate with other departments within CSN to leverage our system and tools to drive business growth
- Lead virtual and in-person regional meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Work with the FOM-Team Lead to identify strategies to help licensees get the most out of our system
- Resolve store concerns and high-urgency issues in a timely and effective manner
- Bilingual in English and French
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the collision repair industry
- Understanding of the GAA rules and application in Quebec
- Post-secondary or trade school education with a focus in business or a field related to collision repair
- Minimum 3 years' estimating experience on Canadian industry estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Minimum 3 years' experience with OEM procedural lookup as it applies to estimating
- Valid driver's license
