Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of field operations staff and providing support to our licensees in the Eastern Ontario and Quebec region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collision repair, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of field operations staff to ensure effective delivery of services to our licensees
- Provide support and guidance to our licensees in the Eastern Ontario and Quebec region
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business operations and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments within CSN to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the collision repair industry
- Strong background in collision repair, including estimating and OEM procedural lookup
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (French/English) is a must
