About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. They will also be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

This is a permanent position requiring 32 hours per week, with an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of 3-4 staff members and ensure they are working efficiently to meet work schedules.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
