Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Let's Ko Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory records. You will also be responsible for planning menus, preparing meals, and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations

Additional Information:

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
