Job DescriptionWe're seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. As part of the administration team, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, supporting key office and operational functions:
- Keeping our office running smoothly, from greeting visitors to coordinating events
- Providing top-notch administrative duties for our projects to support our Operations Team
- Preparing and maintaining agendas, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Managing data entry and vendor setup in our ERP system
- Tracking subcontractor compliance documents
- Providing various duties for our Estimating, Project Development, Marketing and Safety Departments as required
Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience preferred, with a background in commercial / industrial / multi-unit residential construction being a strong asset
Technical Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
