Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Chiang Mai Thai Kitchen & Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Responsible for managing the overall operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality service.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring that financial targets are met.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement, working closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant's brand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation, and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a senior management position.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications: First Aid Certificate, Food Safety Certification, and any other relevant qualifications.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and experience with restaurant management software.
