Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Twin Star Cleaning Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Examine and Verify Work: Conduct regular checks to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled accurately and promptly.
  • Identify Training Needs: Assess the training needs of the customer service team and provide guidance on areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on customer service performance, highlighting areas for improvement and successes.
  • Resolve Work Problems: Address any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to the customer service team to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review the performance of the customer service team, providing constructive feedback and guidance on areas for improvement.
  • Perform Same Duties as Workers Supervised: Be prepared to take on the responsibilities of the customer service team members when needed.
  • Coordinate, Assign, and Review Work: Oversee the allocation of tasks and ensure that all customer service team members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Source and procure necessary materials and supplies to support customer service operations.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that all customer service materials and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
