About the RoleThis is an interview position for an Operations Administrative Coordinator. The successful candidate will support station/call centre operations and management, coordinating administrative tasks and providing assistance to senior managers. The role requires effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent with secretarial courses or business college training;
- At least two years of experience in a customer contact environment, including one year in a secretarial/administrative role;
- Standard level proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
