Senior Order Support Coordinator - Business Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Order Support Coordinator to join our Best Buy Business team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the ordering process through various sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze sales channels for new incoming orders to ensure they meet Best Buy Business order processing requirements.
  • Collaborate with Buy Business Account Management and Best Buy Business Customer Service teams to resolve issues related to order processing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely product tracking details are updated within internal and external systems.
  • Utilize expertise to resolve escalated issues with internal and external partners.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to update, bug fix, or enhance sales processing tools.
  • Provide regular progress updates on open orders to account managers.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail or administrative roles.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the Business to Business environment.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail or process improvement.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Annualized Base Pay Range: $42,845.00 - $45,100.00
