Senior Order Support Coordinator - Business Operations
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Order Support Coordinator to join our Business Operations team at Best Buy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the ordering process through various sales channels within Best Buy Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all sales channels for new incoming orders and ensure they meet Best Buy Business order processing requirements.
- Collaborate with Buy Business Account Management and Best Buy Business Customer Service teams to resolve issues related to orders.
- Ensure product tracking details are systematically updated within internal/external systems.
- Utilize expertise to resolve escalated issues with internal/external partners.
- Work with internal stakeholders to update, bug fix, or enhance sales processing tools.
- Provide weekly progress updates on all open orders to account managers.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Retail, Administrative, or Business to Business environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Annualized Base Pay Range: $42,000 - $45,100.00
