About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Social Media Account Manager to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. As a key member of our Revenue team, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to understand their social media needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their social media objectives and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our clients' business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, campaign performance, and sales pipeline activity.
  • Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and business plans.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or software company.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their potential applications in business.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
