Job Description

Premier Furniture and Mattress seeks an Executive Leadership Position for Strategic Growth, with a salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 per year.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Vice-President who will play a key role in driving business growth, strategy, and performance. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership Development: Mentor and guide sales teams to achieve exceptional results, provide coaching and feedback, and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understand their needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Recruit, train, and retain top talent, ensuring that the sales team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. English is the primary language used in this role.
