We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Sales Director for Strategic Growth to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.
Job Summary:
The Executive Sales Director for Strategic Growth will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth, managing sales teams to achieve revenue targets, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring efficient execution of sales strategies and effective use of resources.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments, providing guidance and support to sales teams as needed.
Benefits:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Knowledge of sales principles, practices, and procedures, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
