Strategic Leadership Opportunity

Bredin Centre for Career Advancement is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead the organization into the future. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure the organization's vision and values are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the organization's financial performance and sustainability.
  • Community Relations: Foster strong community relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the organization's goals.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and provide operational oversight to ensure the organization's services are exemplary.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary education in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in an executive leadership role, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, knowledge of labour market issues, and a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
