Job Title: Account Director, Strategic Partnerships

At Trader Corporation, we're seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our commercial partnerships with dealer groups, driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue growth and maintain existing business with dealer groups.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and developing tailored sales proposals and presentations.
  3. Manage account revenue and profitability, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  4. Identify and pursue high-level sales opportunities, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client deliverables.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. Minimum 8-10 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong understanding of intangible, media, and internet product sales.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales strategies.
