About the Role:

  • Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and general servicing of HVAC controls systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and repair control systems malfunctions with knowledge of electronic or digital controls systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
  • Adhere to all Johnson Controls and customer safety standards.
  • Conduct extensive self-study to improve and maintain technical proficiency in the company's product lines.

Requirements:

  • Vocational School graduate or an Associate's degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or a similar field.
  • Ability to coordinate the work of others on multiple job sites.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to represent the company to customers and other outside contacts.
  • Experience understanding computer programming and software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Johnson Controls' current and legacy control products and systems.
  • Three to Five years of increasingly responsible experience in installing and/or servicing electronic control and HVAC equipment.
