Job Description

As an HVAC Systems Integration Specialist, you will conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and general servicing of HVAC controls systems. You will be responsible for high levels of customer satisfaction through direct, on-site customer interface.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing control systems malfunctions with knowledge of various electronic or digital controls systems.
  • Managing assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicating with customers upon arrival and before leaving the work site, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will also:

  • Adhere to all Johnson Controls and customer safety standards.
  • Provide safety awareness while working onsite with Johnson Controls subcontractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Vocational School graduate or an Associate's degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or similar field.
  • Degree may be offset by two years' experience in servicing HVAC electronics and/or mechanical systems.
  • Ability to coordinate the work of others on multiple job sites.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to represent the company to customers and other outside contacts in an ethical and professional manner.
